When I look at FIPI today, I do not see a membership list. I see a collective force.
The Membership Directorate is not focused on growth for its own sake. We are focused on building real, measurable, and strategic value through every member of this institution.
Over the past few months, I have witnessed renewed energy within our network. New individuals and organisations are joining us not merely to associate, but to participate. Existing members are stepping forward with ideas, expertise, and commitment. This tells me something important: FIPI is not standing still. It is evolving; and our membership is driving that evolution.
But let me be clear, membership must never be passive.
Membership must represent a voice.

Membership must represent responsibility.
To me, building value through membership means creating a platform where every member, large or small, established, or emerging feels empowered to contribute to the direction of our industry. It means ensuring that when FIPI speaks, it speaks with authority because it speaks with the collective strength of its members.
The Membership Directorate has therefore sharpened its focus. We are strengthening engagement, expanding representation across segments, improving responsiveness, and ensuring that onboarding is not a formality but the beginning of meaningful involvement.
We are also encouraging deeper participation in committees and policy forums. Because the strength of FIPI does not come from a few voices, it comes from many informed, committed voices working in alignment.
The road ahead is clear.

We will build strategically.
Most importantly, we will ensure that FIPI membership is synonymous with relevance and impact.
